Very small amount of text, in French; a few labels in Vietnamese. Album corners bumped and ring binding bent. Interior photos very good plus.

This photo album documents the hand-over of tractors and other agricultural resources by UNHCR personnel to refugees of the Vietnam war. The album was made by the Vietnamese aid recipients as a gift to the United Nations representative. The photos depict both various ceremonies and the equipment in use.
