Legendary Israeli General Mordechai “Motta” Gur (1930–1995) was Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces during the Six-Day War (1967). This book is a detailed recounting of the Six Day War published by the Israel Ministry of Defense for lay people. Inscribed to Los Angeles publisher and literary agent Felix Guggenheim (1904–1976) and his wife actress Evelyn Holt (1908–2002).
