Max Tau (1897–1976) was a German Norwegian writer, editor, and publisher. He is noted for his contribution to literary exchange between Germany and Norway, especially in the context of post-war reconciliation. In this article he discusses finding the positive, the spring season after the winter.

Provenance: Collection of Felix Guggenheim (1904–1976). Guggenheim was a German American publisher and literary agent in Los Angeles.
